Welcome to the First Annual Severn Winter Festival!

Dates: January 25th, 26th, 27th 2019

Location: ODAS Park, 4500 Fairgrounds Road (Directions)

Festival Hours

Friday, January 25: 3pm – 9pm
Saturday, January 26: 8am – 5pm
Sunday, January 27: 9am – 4pm

The Severn Winterfest is a family-friendly event that will fill a void in Severn for something fun to do with friends and family in the winter seasons.  Severn Winterfest will be an annual event happening each year at ODAS park.  We have a very dedicated team who works tirelessly to bring some winter favourites, as well as some new fun and creative events. Enjoy a Pancake Breakfast and Lunch vendors on site, offering the complete family winter festival experience.

Polar Bear Dip

Sunday, January 27th at 1:00pm

The Polar Bear Dip is the signature event at the carnival. Running on Sunday, January 27th at 1:00pm we have people of all ages jumping in the freezing cold water of Lake ODAS, at ODAS park. Pick up your registration form from Sue from Carson Funeral Home at 54 Coldwater Street East or call 705-326-3595 to contact Carson Funeral Home in regards to registration.

Be there early to get a prime viewing spot, and if you’re planning to JUMP be sure to bring your pledge form with all donations by 11:30am the same day to register.

Participants should be at the registration table near the main entrance to the roller skating place to sign in and hand in all the registration information and funds raised no later than 12pm on Sunday. ODAS The roller rink is the biggest building there.

$50 minimum pledge required. The staff assign the order and you can watch people jump!

No age restriction – all ages welcome, so come on out whether you’re 9 or 99!
