Please join artist Annie Kmyta Cunnington to celebrate her second solo exhibition at Lee Contemporary Art. Annie lives and paints near her hometown of Kirkland Lake, and it is the beauty of this Northern Ontario landscape that inspires her. The opening reception is Saturday October 7, 1-3 pm.

Sainte-Marie’s “First Light” is a must-see event with a great line-up of family activities and performers, all amidst the historic site illuminated by over 5,000 candles. Visitors stroll the candlelit paths which lead to a variety of fun family activities. The cookhouse is filled with the sights and smells of baked goods, blacksmithing will be demonstrated, and a Nativity crèche will be on display in the stables. Extended programming will be offered at the Martyrs’ Shrine.
