The Huronia Cultural Campus is a not for profit organization dedicated to building a new home for creative arts, education, and innovation in Orillia.
HCC seeks to transform the former Huronia Regional Centre property into the Huronia Cultural Campus. When the Campus is completed, it will serve as a focal point for artists, musicians, and anyone interested in arts and culture in Ontario.
First envisioned as a centre for innovation and art the vision has grown and attracted the support of business and cultural leaders, from Orillia and further afield. Together their dream has increased in scope, anticipating the site could house an outdoor performance space, sculpture gardens, live/work space for artists and housing for retired artists, and down the road, galleries, a Canadian Folk Music Hall of Fame, conference spaces, and potentially even a culinary institute.
