with Black River Wilderness Park
Black River Wilderness Park is Owned and Operated by the Chippewas of Rama First nation. The camp ground is located just 90 minutes North of Toronto, 20 minutes from Casino Rama and 10 minutes South of Washago, Ont. at 7476 Simcoe County Road 169.
We offer a beautiful setting with the Black River wandering through areas of the park. Enjoy the setting of an island campsite in the midst of the beautiful Black River, which flows through this park comprised of 180 acres of wilderness. Walk and hike the many interpretive trails or canoe and kayak along the Black River route like our ancestors did many years ago.
